The
Straw Boss II is designed to spread straw with precision up to 24’ wide.
This processor will spread straw evenly over the ground without leaving piles.
A
raker chain pulls the straw down into a rotor which cuts or pulls the straw
apart. The straw is then feed in to whirly birds which spread it evenly over
the ground. The raker chain and whirly bird speed is controlled hydraulically
so optimum spreading performance can be achieved.
Great
for land reclamation projects, preventing winter kill, retaining moisture
and detering weed growth.
